Jacob Nyklicek Jacob Nyklieck is the School Adjustment Counselor at Whelan Elementary School. He has worked in RPS for one year. He is excited to be a member of the Equity Advisory Board because he believes “we can initiate change and foster momentum toward a more just society for the children of our community.”
