Jennifer Kingston Jennifer Kingston is a 4th-grade teacher at A.C. Whelan Elementary School. She has spent 21 years as both a student and a teacher at RPS. She is excited to work on the Equity Advisory Board because “equity work, now more than ever, is so important to ensuring our kids feel safe and valued in our schools.”
