Chelsea Brandwein-Fryar Chelsea Brandwein-Fryar is an ELA teacher at SeaCoast High School. She has worked in RPS for five years. She is excited to be a member of the Equity Advisory Board because “this work is necessary to dismantle the systems in place that hold our students, staff, and families back from achieving liberation and success.”
