Nawal Faris-Cochran Nawal Faris-Cochran is a K-3 ESL teacher at Garfield Elementary School. She has worked at RPS for eight years. She is excited to be a member of the Equity Advisory Board because “I can contribute in the social and racial justice restoration work to ensure all our students are learning in an equitable and inclusive environment.”
