School Equity Plans

Dear Students, Caregivers, and Faculty,

Consistent with our vision of creating an inclusive, equitable, and diverse learning environment for all students, families, and staff, key stakeholders—including members of the Equity Advisory Board (EAB), school-based equity advisors, administrators, and students—collaborated to develop an equity action plan for each of our 11 schools. These plans are data-informed and aligned with the district’s strategic plan priorities and existing school improvement initiatives.

The plans outline key priorities and strategies for the 2025–2026 school year, with a focus on:

  • Teaching, Learning, and Leadership: 
    Addressing the disparities among different student subgroups.
  • Security, Belonging and Wellbeing: 
    Addressing the disparities among different student subgroups.
  • Community Participation and Communication:
    Addressing disparities in access, communication, and resources for various members of the community, including families, caregivers, and partners.

Each plan includes goals clearly defined and measurable indicators we use to monitor the progress and evaluate the success in the achievement of the district’s objectives. The EAB, equity advisors, administrators, and schoolchildren will work in collaboration to monitor implementation and results throughout the year.
