Our 10th-grade ELA students at CityLab did a wonderful job yesterday during the 2nd Annual Poetry Cafe. Over 30 students spent the afternoon reading original and inspiring poetry! The atmosphere was filled with creativity and enthusiasm as students, staff and family gathered to support our talented poets.
It was a wonderful celebration of expression and the power of words, showcasing the hard work and dedication of our young ELA students. Their performances not only highlighted their individual voices but also fostered a sense of community among the students, teachers, and families present.
The event served as a reminder of the importance of nurturing artistic talents, the value of collaboration within the school community, and uplifting one another's creativity.
