LIN - Ingrid Reyes

My name is Ingrid Reyes and I am the Parent Liaison at Elementary Abraham Lincoln School. I grew up in Guatemala and I studied Business Administration at Guatemalan-Rafael Landívar University. I speak Spanish and English. I enjoy listening music, reading, teaching motivational courses and helping people to achieve their goals.

I am excited to be a Family Liaison because my passion has always been to help my families. I understand how difficult the process of acculturation and adapting to a new country can be for many of our immigrant families and thus I am committed to helping them overcome barriers and successfully integrate them into a new culture. One of my goals is to help parents get involved in the educational system in order to support their children and increase their voice in the decision making. Contact me if you need any assistance.
