Equity Advisory Board and Working Groups
The Revere Public School (RPS) system is dedicated to ensuring that all students, faculty, and families feel safe and included. For this reason, we have created an Equity Advisory Board as well as Working Groups (WGs) in out school system to ensure our policies, practices, and training are on the cutting edge. We strive, with endless energy, for high standards of equity and inclusion by providing support and guidance to these groups. To ensure our work is articulated, coherent, and aligned with our established equity, inclusion and diversity initiatives, the board and working groups meet every month. Members of the WGs meet separately to work on problems of practice and brainstorm ideas on ways we can continue to work, learn, and grow together to ensure our diverse students, faculty, and families feel safe, welcome, and valued as individuals.
