I hope you are all well. I understand that this is a stressful time for everyone. Kids are unexpectedly home, adults are trying to manage work and child care, and there is the uncertainty of when school will resume. Managing the stress of the news, social media, etc. can be overwhelming so I’ve put together some resources to support you.
The resources linked below are designed to help you and your children practice self-care, have fun while at home, and even manage stress. I encourage you to check these out and try them with your children.
